Due to the growth and challenges we experienced with legislation, the Board of the ESC(SA) unanimously decided to also register the ESC(SA) as a company under the CIPC. This process was completed in 2025, with the Registered board members being Rev. David Niebuhr – as President, Chaplain Gerhard Oelofse as Managing Board Member, and Charmaine Dick as Board Secretary. As all legal requirements are met, and all structures are put in place, the Board will add members, as required to build up the board again. This will assist us with resolving some of the challenges we had in the past.
