PLEASE NOTE: THIS SELF-EVALUATION TEST SHOULD BE DONE HONESTLY. IT IS FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL EVALUATION TO SEE IF YOU ARE CALLED TO BE A CHAPLAIN.

This is a self-evaluation for you to check if you may be a good candidate to become a volunteer as an Emergency Services Chaplain. The Assessment Test is comprised of 26 multiple-choice questions.

This evaluation does not qualify you in any way or enable you to become a Chaplain. This evaluation will enable you to decide if you should proceed with the Application process or not.

There are 3 Steps in the Self-Assessment Test, the first (1st) step is completing your personal information, the second (2nd) step is answering the Questions, and the third (3rd) step is getting your results.
